Notorious New Yorker and photography master Jamel Shabazz was in Paris for the “Back in the days” event on Sunday. The author of several classic books (Back in the days, A time before crack…) paid a visit to AUGUSTE with our homie Nadim and fellow photographer James “Koe” Rodriguez. Jamel’s books are currently out of stock but we’ll be receiving some more soon. Among the few things we discussed was the opportunity of organizing a book signing at the store the next time Mr Shabazz will be back in Paris.
